As the festive holidays approach, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we will remain open to help you if you need us.

Mobile customers – please continue to contact your Key Account Manager directly or via [email protected]. Our telephone lines will also be in service, by calling 01920 466466 and selecting option 1.

Business communications and connectivity customers – please email [email protected] or call our service team on 01920 466466, selecting option 2.

Christmas – Key dates

9^th December – Staff Reward

On Thursday 9^th December, we will be holding our Christmas party. Our staff have worked continuously throughout the pandemic, to support our customers with their business communications solutions that have provided outstanding levels of business continuity, at a very difficult time. By way of a thank you, we will be closing our office at 4pm on this day. We hope you will understand and support our decision.

10^th December – Mobile Service

Any mobile handset repairs will need to be received by us by Friday 10^th December, for a guaranteed repair and return service. After this time, we will endeavour to return repaired handsets to you in time for Christmas.

17^th December – Guaranteed Service

The cut-off date for guaranteed service requests will be the close of business on Friday 17^th December.  After this time, we will continue to work on all requests, but due to increased workload at this time, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be completed prior to the Christmas break.

Christmas Opening Hours

24^th December: 8am-12pm

25^th-28^th December: Closed

29^th-31^st December: 10am-4pm

Normal hours will resume on Tuesday 4^th December.

Please note, our Bristol store will be closed from 24th December to 4th January.
