As the festive holidays approach, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we will remain open to help you if you need us.

Christmas – Key dates
9th December – Staff Reward
On Thursday 9th December, we will be holding our Christmas party. Our staff have worked continuously throughout the pandemic, to support our customers with their business communications solutions that have provided outstanding levels of business continuity, at a very difficult time. By way of a thank you, we will be closing our office at 4pm on this day. We hope you will understand and support our decision.
10th December – Mobile Service
Any mobile handset repairs will need to be received by us by Friday 10th December, for a guaranteed repair and return service. After this time, we will endeavour to return repaired handsets to you in time for Christmas.
17th December – Guaranteed Service
The cut-off date for guaranteed service requests will be the close of business on Friday 17th December. After this time, we will continue to work on all requests, but due to increased workload at this time, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be completed prior to the Christmas break.
Christmas Opening Hours
24th December: 8am-12pm
25th-28th December: Closed
29th-31st December: 10am-4pm
Normal hours will resume on Tuesday 4th December.
Please note, our Bristol store will be closed from 24th December to 4th January.
