The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who will drive the successful delivery of customer and internal projects from kick-off through to completion.
You’ll be accountable for planning, execution, and governance — ensuring every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, while maintaining an exceptional customer and stakeholder experience throughout.
You’ll work cross-functionally across Service Delivery, Commercial, Product, and Technology, acting as the heartbeat of delivery to ensure operational readiness and a smooth transition into support.
If you’re methodical, collaborative, and obsessed with outcomes — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple concurrent projects — aligning with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Build and maintain clear project documentation (SoWs, RAID logs, milestone plans, etc.).
- Manage internal and third-party resources to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee customer onboarding and transition activities for a smooth handover to BAU support.
- Maintain proactive stakeholder communication — sharing clear updates, managing risks, and offering solutions.
- Track project financials, resource usage, and delivery efficiency, escalating variances as needed.
- Apply structured governance and delivery frameworks — ensuring control without slowing progress.
- Collaborate with Resourcing & Scheduling to align delivery capacity with demand.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, sharing lessons learned to enhance future projects.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing delivery projects in technology, telecoms, or service-based environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, risk, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with provisioning, configuration, or activation workstreams (UCC, connectivity, IT).
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical, commercial, and support teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Familiarity with project tools (e.g., MS Project, PSA systems, RAID logs, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prince2, PMP, or AgilePM certification (or equivalent).
- ITIL awareness or experience with service transition.
Who You Are
- Methodical, structured, and relentlessly delivery-focused.
- Calm under pressure — confident in making decisions and leading through ambiguity.
- Professional, credible, and customer-first in everything you do.
- Resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get things done.
