We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Telecoms Field Engineering Team. We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are driven to achieve individual, team, and business goals.

The role entails supporting clients on a variety of Hosted platforms, including 3CX and Horizon, amongst others. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach are vital as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will have a good understanding of customer networks, such as VoIP, Wi-Fi, POE, etc.

Requirements - Must Have

• Experience supporting Hosted Telephony
• An appetite for progression and training provided both in house, and by suppliers
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer service to their clients
• Enthusiasm and a helpful, personable, and approachable attitude
• A desire to learn, grow and progress!

Requirements - Preferred but not essential

• Experience with the 3CX-hosted Platform
• Experience with Gamma voice products including both Horizon and SIP
• Experience with general VoIP/SIP concepts
• Experience with Wi-Fi solutions
• Experience with WLR platforms
• Experience with Switches, Routers and Networks
