When things go wrong at your clients’ sites, it can lead to significant downtime, loss of business and major frustrations.
Our Smart Hands service is an on-premise engineer arranged to attend your clients’ sites to complete tasks as required. Engineers are IT-trained with diagnostic skills and equipment in addition to cable installation and repair materials.

We provide added value by including small remote changes to configuration during the contract term, such as changes to programming and staffing updates.
From small configurations involving 1 or 2 handsets to larger installations, our engineers can configure, deploy and troubleshoot any issues across solutions of any size.
We can provide teams to multiple sites on the same day where ports occur at different locations. We can provide handset training, deploy new solutions in tandem with the customers' current legacy solution, and remove old equipment if required after a successful installation.

" We have been installing and maintaining phone systems for more than 25 years, and I have to say that Paul and his colleagues are without doubt the very best contractors we have ever worked with. We get excellent feedback from both our clients from the work he does for us, and our own in-house staff who work with Croft Professional Services. "
