Microsoft Teams Phone Mobile offers a unified calling experience, allowing users to make and receive calls from a single number using their mobile devices and Teams apps.

This solution seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams, offering smooth call transitions between devices along with additional features like shared call history, call access across devices, and voicemail integration. You can also ensure continued call quality and productivity if you experience poor connectivity by switching to your mobile or a trusted WiFi network.

One Number

Both your SIM-enabled device and Teams app will share one single number, meaning that any device that you are logged in on with your Teams account will ring at the same time when you have a call. Answering the call on any of your chosen devices will automatically change your availability status in Teams.

Shared Call History

Your past call history is merged across Teams and mobile phone apps. Any call history is available in locations where you have signed in to Teams, but the phone app will only display calls made from your mobile device. Access to your voicemail is shared across all devices using Teams. The voicemail function is not available using the default calling app on Teams Phone Mobile.

Access Calls Across Devices

Teams Phone Mobile allows you to easily transfer calls from your phone to Teams, or vice versa, on any chosen device. There is even the option to transfer a voice call to a video call at the press of a button!

Switch a Call from Teams to your Mobile Phone

If you experience low data or internet connectivity while on a call, you can simply carry on your conversation by moving from Teams to your iOS or Android device seamlessly. This is achieved using access to Audio Conferencing Subscription service allowing Teams to connect with your network provider.
