Can anyone have MSP Mobile?
Currently, MSP Mobile is only available for Croft cloud clients who have an existing Microsoft 365 subscription.
What is the underlying network used for MSP Mobile?
Croft’s MSP Mobile solution is supported by the award-winning network, O2.
What is the minimum contract term for MSP Mobile?
The minimum contract term for our MSP Mobile solution is 24 months.
Can I upgrade from one MSP Mobile tariff to another?
Yes. We allow cloud customers with an existing Microsoft 365 subscription with Croft to upgrade from one tariff to another. Contact your account manager for more information.
Can I add a mixture of Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium tariffs to my Microsoft 365 subscription?
Yes. As part of our MSP Mobile solution, we allow users to add a mixture of tariffs to their existing Microsoft 365 subscription. Contact your account manager for more information.
Where can the Business Basic tariff be used?
Our Business Basic tariff can only be used within the UK. Roaming outside of the UK is permanently restricted by default.
If you wish to upgrade to included roaming, please consider our Business Standard or Business Premium tariffs.
Where can the Business Standard tariff be used?
Our Business Standard tariff can be used in the UK plus:
Europe Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French territories, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (inc.Vatican City), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (inc. Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (inc.).
Europe Zone 2: Channel Islands (inc. Guernsey, Jersey) and the Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, San Marino, Switzerland.
Roaming outside EU Zones is permanently restricted by default.
If you wish to upgrade to include enhanced roaming, please consider our Business Premium tariff.
