This service agreement allows educational establishments to access our proactive DBS-checked engineers via our remote support services. If an IT issue occurs, institutions will be able to contact our responsive helpdesk for education. Our engineers will then log and attempt a fix that day or the next working day. If we feel the issue requires a site visit in order to be resolved, an engineer will be deployed to address the issue. This service gives a faster fix for all your devices.
